We are looking for a Systems & Network Administrator Trainee to join our IT team and support the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our network infrastructure and internal systems.

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in systems administration, networking, and IT support while working alongside experienced professionals. Throughout the internship, you will develop both your technical expertise and professional skills by participating in real-world IT operations and contributing to the smooth functioning of our technology environment.

What we expect from you...
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network and computer systems.
  • Support the IT team in monitoring the organization's infrastructure and systems.
  • Troubleshoot first-level technical issues and provide user support.
  • Assist in software deployment, updates, and security patch management.
  • Maintain accurate records through the company's ticketing system and technical documentation.
  • Support user account administration, including account creation, password resets, and license management.
  • Participate in routine maintenance activities and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
  • Follow IT security policies and best practices while handling company systems and information.
Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of PCs, networking equipment, routers, switches, and VPN connections.
  • Support system monitoring and basic server administration under the guidance of senior IT administrators.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and assist with software updates, operating system maintenance, and security patching.
  • Record, categorize, and track incidents through the ticketing system.
  • Create and maintain basic technical documentation.
  • Assist with Active Directory user administration, account provisioning, password resets, and access management.
  • Support inventory management of IT equipment and assets.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure reliable and secure IT operations.

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English.
  • A strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
We would greatly appreciate if you also have...
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or AWS).
  • Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Previous academic or personal projects related to networking or system administration.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT best practices.
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
