The expected salary range for this position is $28.31 - $35.38. Employees in specific high cost of labor locations in the United States (such as San Francisco, CA and Seattle, WA) may qualify for a geographic differential. This entry-level administrator assists with the administration and support of server based systems infrastructure for Compassion. The specialist further assists with the infrastructure systems support such as network support, server support, resource management, and disaster recovery as needed. At this level the incumbent may still be learning and assisting with system administration projects for his or her assigned location and generally works under the guidance of her or his supervisor or a more experienced administrator or as a team member on larger projects.

Assists with configuring, installing, maintaining and upgrading simple computer systems hardware and software.

Restores files or systems by conducting regular backup procedures. Compiles and updates procedure documentation as needed.

Assists with operational support for the organization's information systems and peripheral equipment, such as application servers, database servers, web servers, desktops, printers and storage devices.

Resolves technical escalations demonstrating good communication and proficient troubleshooting skills.

Supports increases in systems capacity in a timely manner to ensure adequate availability of resources with minimal end-user disruption.

Assists with performance improvements and growth of IT network infrastructure and IT network systems.

Assists with projects to evaluate and deploy new technology solutions to U.S.-based Compassion teams /
departments, including key stakeholder identification, communication and project plan development and
execution, and associated project closure tasks. -
May provide expertise to other professionals and support staff in the system administration and support technician disciplines.
What do you bring?

Virtual server administration is required (VMWare VSphere). Google Workspaces experience is a plus.

Must have experience with Office 365 (specifically email), Windows 11, and Workspace One. Other experience may also be considered, such as SCCM, Intune, etc.

Experience managing policies and security, active directory, and antivirus are required.

CyberArk product and MacOS experience is a plus.
