Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with strong domain knowledge in Trade Finance and Supply Chain within the banking sector. The ideal candidate should be able to bridge business and technology by translating functional requirements into technical solutions and possess a good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and application workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development and integration teams.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to design and implement scalable Trade Finance / Supply Chain solutions.
  • Understand and document API specifications, message flows, and data mappings between systems.
  • Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and support system testing, UAT, and production deployment.
  • Work with vendors and internal technology teams to ensure seamless delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support enhancements, change requests, and incident management related to Trade Finance and Supply Chain platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5–7 years of experience as a System Analyst in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Trade Finance and Supply Chain processes and related banking products.
  • Hands-on experience with API integration, message flows (JSON/XML/SOAP), and microservices-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with SQL, data mapping, and interface design.
  • Exposure to Agile delivery environments and JIRA/Confluence tools.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
