Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Planning
- Define and execute Al/GenAl program roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for Al/GenAl adoption across business units.
- Develop business cases and ROl models for Al initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with senior leadership, product teams, and technical experts to ensure alignment.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams for Al projects.
Execution & Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure timely delivery of Al/GenAl solutions within scope, budget, and quality standards.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish governance frameworks for Al ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Change Management & Adoption
- Drive organizational readiness for Al/GenAl adoption through training and communication.
- Measure and report on program success metrics and business impact.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
Experience
- >10 years in program management, with at least 2 years in Al/GenAl or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale cross-functional programs.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of Al/ML concepts, GenAl technologies, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GP) and Al tools.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
