Our regional support team in Singapore is looking for a bright and dynamic individual to join us for the Support and Implementation Consultant position.
Role Overview
This role reports to the Head of Production Support APAC and is responsible for the support and implementation of the Broadridge Data Control suite of products.
The Support and Implementation Consultant will serve as a key member providing technical support and leading implementation projects for our reconciliation software. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a client-focused approach to ensure successful software deployment and ongoing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Provide 2nd line support, managing the call through to completion ensuring the client is completely satisfied.

Maintain and manage the call details and history within the call tracking system.

Collaborate with the development team to resolve complex technical issues and communicate solutions to clients.

Conduct and document business analysis/requirements for new projects as well as performing documentation updates.

Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor the implementation process accordingly.

Lead and manage software implementation projects from inception to completion, and to work with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of implementations.

Develop and maintain comprehensive implementation documentation and guides.

Ownership and accountability of project implementation activities.

Conduct user training sessions to ensure effective adoption of the software.

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all relevant Broadridge products and technology.

Stay current with software updates and industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
Your Profile

Proven experience in a technical support or software implementation role, preferably with reconciliation or financial software.

Strong understanding of reconciliation processes and software applications.
-
Knowledge in Microsoft OS Systems and MS SQL Server is a must.

Familarity of key industry messaging e.g. ISO15022, ISO20022

Ability to multi-task on both support and implementation activities.

Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and project requirements

Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.

Good overall problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Effective writing skills.

Service oriented and be able to perform independently.

Entrepreneurial and self-motivated

Strong interest in learning a wide variety of Financial Solutions products.

Experience in banking sector (an advantage)
