Job Description
· The ideal candidate must have skills and experience to support applications in Treasury as part of L1 team.
Key Responsibility
· Being a part of shift based Treasury production and environment team
· Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in Production
· Providing 1st level resolution to the users
· Incident resolution and release management
· SLA adherence and compliance to incident escalation
Desired Skill
· 3 to 5 years of experience in supporting Treasury domain based applications with banks
· Should have experience in monitoring and troubleshooting EoD batches
· Experience working in both Unix and windows environment is a must
· Should have experience in working SQL queries
· Experience in performing maintenance activities for applications
· Experience in Incident, Problem, and change and release management process
· Good understanding of the incident escalation process
· Should be flexible in working in various shifts and weekend shifts as well
· Experience in Murex application monitoring in Production is an added advantage
· Knowledge of Control-M, UNIX and Shell scripting is desired
· Knowledge in Murex Data Mart report troubleshooting is desired
· Experience in automating the manual effort will be added advantage
