Job Description

What you will do:

The Supply planner will own the Supply planning & management process to help designated business units to achieve higher service level through improving supply availability through collaborative planning process. This role is part of the Company Global Supply Chain Organization and will work together with other stakeholders to drive the supply planning of the S&OP process for APAC and deliver the KPIs. Key job responsibilities include managing Supply Plan Adherence, driving data efficiency and managing supply surplus and shortages.

This role is also critical to support global projects to standardize, streamline and align Supply planning process and measurement across the responsible entities.

How you will do it:

  • Consolidate / generate and compile supply plan after demand consensus.
  • Validate supply requirements against demand plan and production plan.
  • Collaborate with demand / order fulfillment and production team to ensure supply availability.
  • Analyze stock levels to ensure optimal supply and safety stock to achieve higher service level within inventory target.
  • Resolve supply escalation and expedite shortages
  • Ensure adherence to S&OP business process and support development for new business processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc data mining analysis and act as a subject matter expert for new tool development and enhancement
  • Able to communicate effectively to influence across functions with stakeholders.
  • Able to perform ad-hoc assignment and tasks as assigned by Management.

What we look for:

  • Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Business / Engineering from an Institute/University of repute
  • Relevant experience in Demand or Supply Planning process in a complex multi plant supply network.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in reputed Organizations (Global MNCs) with relevant experience in Demand planning, forecasting or analysis.

Qualifications

Preferably completed tertiary studies in Bachelors in Business / Engineering from an Institute/University of repute
