  • Adjust plans based on changing inputs from Demand Planners and operational teams, and communicate impacts clearly.

  • Monitor potential constraints and support resolution through root cause analysis and coordination with stakeholders.

  • Partner with suppliers, production, and logistics to ensure timely flow of materials and products.

  • Provide accurate data and insights to enable supply decisions and performance tracking.

C. Ensure Planning System Accuracy and Efficiency

  • Maintain master data (e.g., lead times, safety stock, lot sizes) in planning tools and ERP systems.

  • Use systems such as o9 and SAP to create and manage supply plans, work orders, and purchase orders.

  • Escalate supply risks early and propose potential solutions, balancing service and cost considerations.

  • Track supply execution performance and contribute to reporting and continuous improvement.

D. Support Product Lifecycle Changes

  • Assist in planning for product launches, engineering changes, and obsolescence to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Liaise with Product Lifecycle Planning Leads to maintain visibility and readiness for upcoming changes.

E. Build Core Planning Capabilities

  • Strengthen technical proficiency in advanced planning tools, data analysis, and scenario planning.

  • Contribute to planning process improvement projects and help embed new tools or ways of working.

  • Develop a broader understanding of how planning connects to business outcomes, from service to margin.

What You Bring
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in supply or production planning, logistics, or materials management.

  • Tools: Working knowledge of ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, o9, Oracle). Strong Excel skills.
