We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Network Planner to join our Network Planning – Manufacturing Assets team. The team of Planners oversees the manufacturing plans for all Mammalian (MM) and Drug Product (DP) assets. This pivotal role is responsible to integrate demand and supply plans for certain programs across sites and/or modalities, and to act as an interface between commercial and operations team to ensure an optimum asset plan.

The role is part of the Network Planning - Manufacturing Assets team within Supply Chain Integrated Biologics platform. This position ensures the seamless execution of supply chain planning and fulfilment, ensuring high customer service levels, optimal inventory levels. You will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless execution of supply chain planning and fulfillment activities, maintaining high customer service levels, and optimizing inventory performance across our biologics network.

What You Will Do:

Planning (Asset and Program Level)

  • Integrate Demand and Supply Plans: Capture and analyze customer demand while collaborating with Modalities, Platforms, and Sites to develop and update integrated supply chain plans and schedules.

  • Adjust Supply Plans (MPS): Monitor and adjust supply plans in response to changing demand and supply conditions, ensuring synchronization across teams to achieve timely product delivery.

  • Demand Management: Lead regular demand exchanges with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasts.

  • Supply and Inventory Optimization: Develop supply scenarios in collaboration with asset and site planners, maintaining optimal inventory levels to enable seamless execution while minimizing holding costs.

  • Capacity and Resource Planning: Evaluate the impact of production requirements on indirect capacities such as storage, testing, and release, and align with site teams accordingly.

  • Risk and Scenario Planning: Identify potential discrepancies and risks across programs and business units, develop alternative scenarios, assess customer and business impacts, and make recommendations for decision-making.

  • Lifecycle Management: Support assets during critical lifecycle stages (start-up, ramp-up, and decommissioning) to ensure readiness and resource availability.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Production, Project Management, Procurement, and Logistics to align supply strategies with operational and financial plans.

Customer and Stakeholder Interaction

  • Customer Engagement: Partner with the Project Management team to represent Supply Chain in customer-facing meetings, presenting supply scenarios and providing updates.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Quality Control, Project Management, and Finance to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions.

  • S&OP Alignment: Prepare and align supply scenarios with relevant supply chain teams for presentation at Platform S&OP meetings, facilitating data-driven decision-making.

  • Primary Supply Chain Contact: Act as the main point of contact for Account Managers and Program Managers on strategic customer programs, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.

Process Improvement and Innovation

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance network planning efficiency.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing end-to-end supply chain planning and fulfillment processes across business units and divisions.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and excels at connecting data, strategy, and collaboration to deliver results.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in supply chain or production planning within a complex manufacturing environment (biologics or pharmaceutical industry experience is highly desirable).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging cross-functional and senior-level audiences

  • Customer-facing experience

  • Proficiency with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, OMP, Kinaxis, or similar).

  • A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
