We are now seeking applications from interested Students who are looking for an excellent opportunity to experience what it is like to work within a globally successful company. The Summer Student will work with and support our Operations & Warehouse Teams with a variety of tasks and day to day activities. These 12-week placements are based on site at Coca-Cola Ballina and will involve shift work therefore flexibility is required.  Candidate must be available to start at the beginning of June until the end of August 2025.

What you will do for us

  • Safety – compliance to health and safety procedures always.
  • Quality – compliance to quality standards in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
  • Operations Support - work with and support the Operations & Warehouse Team with a variety of tasks and day to day activities including weighing & measuring materials, data entry, materials movement, in process checks, labelling, filling, cycle counting, shipping sampling maintaining a high level of GMP.
  • Operational Excellence - support the Operational Excellence Programme and continuous improvement culture at Coca-Cola Ballina.
  • Documentation – accurate completion of all necessary documentation. Ensure compliance to all documented procedures and GMP requirements as outlined in the company procedures.

Education requirement & Experience:

  • Students currently studying in college or university that are in 2nd year and above.
  • Demonstrated work experience/interest in manufacturing desirable.   
  • Excellent team player                                                                            
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy preferred.
  • Drivers licence preferred.
