The Strategic Partnerships Manager will build and manage relationships with partners in the payments landscape to drive client acquisition and enhance Unlimit's market presence in Singapore and the SEA region.
About Unlimit
Unlimit is a global fintech ecosystem built to eliminate financial borders holding businesses back. The company provides the extensive infrastructure needed to scale globally, integrating payment processing, multi-currency business accounts, BaaS and crypto gateways into a single, intelligent platform.
Across 17 offices globally, Unlimit bridges hyper-local expertise with a high-capacity financial network, giving companies the agility to expand across regions with operational confidence and speed. Driving the evolution of payments, Unlimit is transforming its infrastructure from human-operated fintech into AI-native financial infrastructure — where APIs are consumed by machines, integrations are negotiated by agents, and systems evolve continuously through intelligent automation. Our next users are not only humans. They are AI agents acting on behalf of humans and businesses.
Unlimit serves more than the needs of businesses today; we are building the nervous system for a borderless global economy.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive Unlimit’s growth in Singapore and the SEA region. You will build and manage strategic partnerships with professional services firms, cross-border associations, FinTechs, and eCommerce platforms to drive client acquisition, transaction volume and enhance brand presence. This role is hands-on and entrepreneurial, requiring the ability to navigate complex situations independently while delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with professional services partners, including corporate secretarial, consulting, and accounting firms, as well as cross-border associations and SEA digital industry partners to drive client acquisition and Unlimit’s market share.
- Collaborate with partners to execute local go-to-market strategies that enhance merchant acquisition, increase brand awareness, and provide education.
- Own and manage a dedicated portfolio of partners, serving as their primary internal champion and resource for all Unlimit solutions and initiatives.
- Leverage knowledge of corporate bank transfers, FX, and cross-border payment landscapes to identify new opportunities and improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop long-term account plans with strategic partners, secure commercial agreements, and deliver sustainable growth.
- Represent Unlimit at industry events, conferences, and in-person meetings to strengthen partnerships and expand the professional network.
- Provide feedback to improve partner processes, internal operations, and client experience, ensuring smooth collaboration and high satisfaction.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–7 years in sales, business development, partnerships, payments, fintech, or related financial services.
- Comfortable operating independently in ambiguous situations and taking ownership of initiatives.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking, FX, cross-border transactions, and the SEA payments landscape; established network in professional services and cross-border business communities preferred.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, or another SEA language; excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Experience working with legal, finance, product, sales, and marketing teams.
