We are seeking a driven and resourceful intern to join the Strategic Development function within the Bancassurance team of a leading life insurance company.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, strategic planning, and performance management. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting a high-impact initiative alongside a senior team member, while also contributing to data organization and departmental efficiency.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a key strategic project, including coordination of timelines, stakeholder engagement, and tracking of deliverables.
- Support a senior team member with project documentation, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Conduct targeted research and basic data analysis to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Lead the organisation and cataloguing of departmental data files to improve accessibility and foster idea generation.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute innovative ideas to support strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
