We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join Thredd in Singapore. You’ll manage a portfolio of strategic clients, operating at a partnership level and taking responsibility for the long-term commercial and strategic direction of those relationships.

In this role, you’ll shape account strategy, guide client development plans, and influence how clients adopt and expand Thredd’s products over time. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal teams to align client roadmaps with Thredd’s commercial and product priorities, directly contributing to sustained revenue growth, retention, and regional expansion.

What you’ll be doing as a Strategic Account Manager
  • Owning the commercial success of a portfolio of strategic clients, driving revenue growth, margin optimisation, and long-term retention
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner
  • Shaping and executing account strategies and development plans aligned to client objectives and Thredd’s product roadmap
  • Identifying and delivering cross-sell and upsell opportunities to support client expansion and revenue growth
  • Leading Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, analysing performance metrics, trends, and forecasted versus actual volumes
  • Championing client needs internally by working closely with Product, Implementations, Customer Care, and Finance teams
  • Maintaining strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and client records through Salesforce and internal systems
What you’ll bring to the Strategic Account Manager position
  • Business-level fluency in Mandarin and English, with confidence operating in senior, client-facing environments
  • Strong experience managing strategic client relationships within payments, fintech, or technology-led businesses
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to prioritise high-value opportunities
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders remotely and manage complex commercial or operational situations
  • Strong analytical skills, using data and insights to inform decisions and client recommendations
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to remain organised, detail-focused, and composed in fast-paced or high-pressure environments
Where you’ll work

Our working model varies depending on the specific role and team requirements. We strive to provide flexibility whilst ensuring that each position is best supported for optimal collaboration and performance.

This Strategic Account Manager position is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the Singapore office 2 days a week minimum.
