Position Summary

This role will be responsible for overseeing and managing strategic programs and initiatives that align with our company's long-term goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful program management and governance.

Position Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
• Program Management Framework: Implement and maintain standardized program management methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency, and efficiency across all initiatives.      
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor program performance alignment with strategic goals.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to support program objectives.
• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
• Strategic Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional strategic projects that support the company’s long-term vision and growth objectives.

Position Requirements

• BA/BS/BEng Degree or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or enterprise PMO roles
• PMP, PgMP certifications are highly desirable
• Experience with portfolio management solutions (e.g. Planisware) is a plus
