What will I be doing?Leading the design, development, and delivery of large-scale, complex product initiatives.
Driving technical strategy and architectural decisions to scale our platform and improve resilience, performance, and security.
Partnering closely with product, design, and leadership teams to align engineering efforts with business goals, ensuring customer delight and measurable success.
Mentoring and inspiring engineers across the team, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.
Spearheading efforts to implement engineering best practices, including automated testing, CI/CD, and efficient code review processes.
Identifying and solving high-impact technical challenges while influencing engineering and product direction.
Continuously exploring and advocating for new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of delivering impactful projects. SaaS product experience is highly preferred.
Expertise in Java (mandatory) and the ability to learn and adapt to our tech stack.
Advanced understanding of web fundamentals (JavaScript/HTML/CSS) and significant experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, VueJS, Svelte, Angular, etc.).
Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and experience building scalable distributed systems.
Proficiency in database design and optimization, both relational and non-relational.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and a mindset geared toward innovation and efficiency.
Strong leadership abilities and experience guiding cross-functional teams towards shared objectives.
A passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to utilize metrics to influence technical and product decisions.
Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from ideation to completion while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
