Job Description:

We are seeking 10 years experienced Temenos Business Analyst (BA) professionals with strong domain expertise in Core Banking / Private Banking / Wealth Management and hands-on functional experience in Temenos Transact Securities (SC) and Corporate Actions (CA) modules.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, Temenos functional teams, and technical delivery groups to support business analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing activities within Temenos Transact environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a Business Analyst for Temenos Transact implementations with specialization in Securities (SC) and Corporate Actions (CA) modules. Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to Securities trading, settlement, and position maintenance (SC) Corporate Actions lifecycle events including dividends, rights issues, bonus issues, mergers, and redemptions (CA) Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and configuration guides for Temenos Transact.
• Provide deep functional support on: SC Securities CA Corporate Actions Work closely with: Business stakeholders across Wealth / Private Banking domains Temenos functional and technical consultants Integration, testing, and data teams Support configuration, functional testing (SIT/UAT), and coordinate defect resolution.
• Validate Temenos Transact functionalities against: Business processes Regulatory and compliance requirements
• End-to-end customer workflows Assist in data mapping, migration validation, reconciliation, and cutover activities. Provide post go-live support, user training, and production issue analysis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Temenos Transact (T24) environments.
• Proven hands-on expertise in: SC Securities module CA Corporate Actions module
• Solid understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking business operations.

Experience in:

• Requirement gathering Preparing BRD/FRD documentation
• Conducting functional walkthroughs and workshops
• Good understanding of Temenos product structures, lifecycle events, schedules, and transaction flows. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with onsiteoffshore delivery models is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across functional and technical streams.
