What You Will Do
Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of backend systems with a focus on data compliance and multi-region architecture.
Support the technical development for overseas marketing systems (mainly Klaviyo), ensuring solutions are scalable and compliant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, refine requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
Help maintain production stability through proactive monitoring and timely incident resolution.
Support team growth by sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for
8+ years of backend development experience, with solid system design and implementation capabilities.
Proficient in Python, Go, or Java, and familiar with relevant frameworks and development tools (e.g., Git, IDEs).
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud ecosystem (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end — from design to delivery — with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, especially in ensuring production reliability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in data compliance, marketing automation, or multi-region architecture projects.
Prior experience managing or mentoring engineering teams.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business goals into technical strategy.
Passion for continuous learning, new technologies, and building scalable, impactful systems.
