Boeing Japan BCA Supplier Quality Asia team is looking for an Experienced Staff Analyst located in our Boeing Nagoya office.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.
  • Delivers informational or technical materials. Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.
  • Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.
  • Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.
  • Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.
  • Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.
  • Develops and deploys localized training content.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
  • 3+ years of experience managing business metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
  • 3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI)
  • Business level of spoken and written in English

Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Previous experience working in or supporting manufacturing processes
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Previous experience with data analytic and/or workforce management tools
  • Business level of spoken and written in Japanese

Location:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Boeing Japan Nagoya office.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is NOT a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Employer is NOT willing to sponsor applicants for employment visa status.

This requisition is for a locally hired position. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and not on Boeing US-based payroll.
