Ensures the highest level of systems and infrastructure availability.
Evaluates the existing systems and provides the technical direction.
Plans and implements system automation as required for better efficiency.
Deals with work process, optimization methods, and risk management tools in the given projects for the successful accomplishments according to the requirements of the stakeholders.

APM Tools: Dynatrace & AppDynamics
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Microsoft Skytap, Azure and GCP
Scripting Languages: SHELL BASH
IaaC Tools: Terraform, Dockerfile
Containerization: Docker, PCF & Kubernetes.
UNIX System Administration (RHEL, AIX & Solaris), Problem Determination and solving, and experience on GPFS, PowerHA System Mirror, and VIO.
Experience in Observability and Monitoring including APM tools
