Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable and reusable solutions.
- Integrate Salesforce with CRM systems and contact center tools (e.g., Genesys, NICE, or similar) using APIs and open channels.
- Implement AI-driven features such as intent recognition, conversational flows, and personalization within Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce, CRM, and contact center platforms .
- Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with best practices and security standards.
- Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for deployed solutions.
