Your Impact

  • Design and execute creative, full-cycle hiring strategies that attract top-tier sales and GTM talent in Singapore, directly supporting our explosive APJ growth.

  • Partner with our Country Leader to deliver on critical Senior IC and leadership hires, ensuring our Sales and GTM teams are equipped to lead the market.

  • Build and nurture robust talent pipelines—engaging both active and passive candidates—to support Databricks’ long-term hiring vision.

  • Use data-driven insights to set benchmarks, optimize recruiting strategies, and guide business leaders in workforce planning and forecasting.

  • Champion initiatives around hiring efficiency, employer branding, and DEI, helping Databricks stand out as an employer of choice.

  • Continuously enhance the candidate experience, leveraging feedback to drive improvements and foster a culture of inclusion and excellence.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience recruiting for Sales and GTM roles in the software industry, with a track record of building strategic partnerships and scaling high-growth teams.

  • A strong reputation in the GTM community and a passion for mentoring others in all aspects of recruitment.

  • Experience leading projects and initiatives both within Singapore and across the broader APJ region.

  • Deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in recruiting for hyper-growth, innovative environments.
