Your role at Dynatrace
Responsible for the renewing and closing of maintenance/subscriptions contracts. Ensures increase of renewal retentions and demonstrates knowledge of Dynatrace's products and maintenance/subscriptions contracts to customers.
Works closely with internal and external partners and customers to understand contract terms and conditions, sharing and providing information about renewal deadlines, requirements changes, quotes and agreement parameters.
Educates customers on renewal practices and associated contractual implications of changes. Remains familiar with the customers marketplace, competitive landscape, and their financial and business drivers.
Responsibilities:-
- Provides Renewals support for a range of customers.
- Maintains and tracks the entire renewal process, coordinating and communicating where required with other members of the organization.
- Collaborates with customers and internal teams to understand contracts and the different terms and conditions aligned with the customer.
- Generates and delivers quotes that meet the customers contractual requirements.
- Engages customer in a value-add discussion surrounding their maintenance/subscription contracts and building relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate on-time renewals.
- Provides information and reporting for renewals leader and internal stakeholders.
- Supports lower-level Renewals Team members in escalated/more complex contracts.
- Build strong internal relationships to coordinate technical service, product and other stakeholders to respond to customer inquiries.

Qualifications
- Experience working with software renewals
- Proven ability to assess, manage and operate effectively given multiple priorities on a time sensitive environment
- Proven ability to manage high volume of renewals at any given time
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to getting results
- Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, excellent and independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of flexibility in a team setting
- Excellent word processing and spreadsheet experience in MS Word and Excel
