As a Sr Program Analyst within the Global Service Delivery (GP Center of Excellence) team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making. You will partner with cross-functional teams globally to deliver high-impact programs, demonstrating your analytical approach, critical thinking, and strong communication skills. Your ability to work independently, manage complex data, and visualize insights will be key to supporting executive decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Management

  • Translate high-level ideas into actionable plans and implement them with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and maintain project benchmarks, frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Global Procurement Center of Excellence teams on improvements related to Autonomous Sourcing initiatives.

Strategic Analysis & Visualization

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create compelling dashboards, charts, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to support strategic planning and executive presentations.
  • Apply a continuous improvement mindset to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

AI & Automation

  • Find opportunities for AI-driven automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Contribute ideas and solutions that leverage AI to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.

Customer Engagement & Communication

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver clear, concise, and culturally sensitive communications across global teams.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Global Collaboration

  • Work effectively across multiple time zones, including early morning or late-night meetings.
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and adaptability in a diverse, global environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Over 5 years of experience in program management, strategic analysis, or process improvement.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives and working in a global team environment.
  • Experience with enterprise applications and big data analysis.

Skills

  • Structured and logical program/project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of independence and initiative.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation concepts is a plus.
