In this role you will drive regional Partner Map product strategy and associated roadmaps, for HERE's innovative solutions focused on Maps & Services offerings. You will develop insights and trends on market opportunities, couple them with a deep understanding of HERE’s holistic business and the competitive landscape, and drive successful business implementation across Product verticals. You will establish and manage KPIs to drive business growth and profitability.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive maps and services integrated product road map, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer demands.
- Defining and communicating a clear regional maps and services product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and market needs.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, program management, regional product management, and strategic sourcing, regarding roadmap priorities.
- Prioritizing product features, enhancements, and improvements based on market input, research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.
- Monitoring product performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize product quality and cost.
- Championing the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are incorporated into product decisions.
Who are you?
You will be successful in this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience:
- A Degree in computer science or engineering or related fields
- 15 + years of work experience in Product Management or a related fields (Program Management, Product Marketing), with a proven track-record of delivering products and services. Automotive experience is a plus.
- Strong product management skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead in the face of complex technical challenges.
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills in English and Korean, coupled with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to reduce complex problems and requirements into implementable solutions
- Ability to lead in ambiguous/dynamic situations, and communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Ability to work within a complex, matrixed environment, and a proven ability to influence and drive decisions through “dotted line” relationships.
- Knowledge of Financial / Business Modelling
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Travel - Must be able to travel (~10%) and on short notice
