Job Description

As a Marketing Manager in the Kronos Research, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy and driving growth for our organization. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including traders, Business Development team, and the people team, to create and execute effective marketing campaigns. Your expertise will contribute to our success in the dynamic world of cryptocurrency trading.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and print media.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain cutting-edge.

Market Research:

  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.

Content Creation and Distribution:

  • Collaborate with internal team and external agencies to develop compelling marketing materials.
  • Oversee the distribution of content through various channels.

Brand Positioning:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to define and enhance our brand positioning in the crypto quant trading space.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven 3+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Passion for the crypto space and a keen interest in quantitative trading.
