Position Summary

Exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team with Finance for a Fortune 6 company!

Join the Health Services segment Financial Planning and Analysis team by making positive contributions to the P&L and key strategic initiatives. This role will develop actionable reporting, decision support and improved transparency into our cost structure for the various activities across the organization. You will provide direct reporting and analysis support for financial reviews and senior executive presentations.

In this highly visible role, the Senior Manager significantly impacts executive leadership insights and will help to articulate the financial health of the organization. The role will engage with both business and finance leads across the organization.

The successful candidate in this position will possess the ability to communicate financial information enabling senior executives to achieve our financial goals.

Candidates should:

  • Have related work experience in finance or accounting, ideally in Financial Planning and Analysis. Health care industry experience is helpful but not required.
  • Possess strong technical skills with and ability to streamline processes if applicable.
  • Build and bridge different uses of terminology, methodically approach new situations and translate concept requirements to expense management.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, manage workflow and meet tight deadlines.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse audience.
  • Encourage teamwork and a positive environment to improve team effectiveness.
  • Be resourceful, quickly and successfully adapting to change.
  • Have an interest in building a long-term career within CVS Health Finance.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 years or more years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting and/or customer-facing roles inclusive of internships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FP&A experience including executive level communication and presentations
  • Experience with SAP (S4/Fiori/Analytics for Office)
  • Advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with VBA, Power Query, Power BI
  • Fortune 500 or healthcare industry experiences

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field from an accredited four-year college or university OR equivalent experience.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$82,940.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.  This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
