About this role: 
Gartner is looking for a highly organized Senior Sales Project Coordinator to enable the growing Asia Pacific Sales Team based in Singapore. The role is set in a fast-paced environment, where individuals with skills like communication, business acumen, professional perseverance and teamwork thrive  

The Sales Team is at the heart of Gartner’s decades-long consistent revenue growth and the position of the Sales Project Coordinator is critical to facilitating continued sales productivity. 

 

What will you do: 

  • Drive execution of key sales programs that support continued revenue growth

  • Collaborate with Sales VPs to plan, prioritize and calendar the most important sales activities each week, month and quarter to deliver exceptional results aligned to Gartner’s strategy. 

  • Develop trust-based relationships with Sales VPs and Sales Managers. 

  • Engage effectively and collaborate with the wider Gartner team, including Service Delivery, Research & Advisory, Legal, Facilities, HR, Finance. 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing processes for recurring, repeated activities and to maximize available resources.

 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
