Job Purpose and Impact
Key Accountabilities
- Lead country-level digital transformation initiatives aligned with global DT&D strategy
- Drive execution (70%) while contributing to strategic direction (30%)
- Align local initiatives with global digital & technology direction
- Design and deliver scalable digital and application solutions
- Support enhancements, upgrades, and transformation initiatives across enterprise systems
- Partner with business leaders to identify digital opportunities
- Translate business needs into technology solutions
- Act as a bridge between business and IT
- Drive system adoption across manufacturing and commercial functions
- Ensure business value realization from digital initiatives
- Collaborate with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate execution across Korea operations
Qualifications
- Drive end-to-end digital transformation initiatives at the country level in Korea, acting as a bridge between business and technology. This role extends beyond traditional application development, focusing on executing digital strategy aligned with global direction, improving system adoption, and enabling business transformation across manufacturing and commercial functions.
The position requires strong technical expertise combined with business acumen to deliver scalable digital solutions and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 10+ years of relevant experience in IT/Digital/Application roles
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in digital transformation program or system improvement projects end to end
- Experience with enterprise systems (ERP/CRM)
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills
