Elekta is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage financial operations and statutory compliance for our Bangladesh operations.
This role requires expertise in accounting, taxation, and auditing while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day transactions, service agreements, invoicing, collections, and customs clearance.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day admin / accounting activities including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing in MOVEX.

Ensure transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Collaborate with Elekta’s Indian service team to manage service agreements, invoicing, collections, and service supplies through Choice Logistics.

Ensure statutory compliance and coordinate with external auditors for audits and corporate/tax return filings.

Manage customs clearance for spare parts and goods through clearing agents.

Monitor and follow up on outstanding credit exposure and customer receivables.

Act as an Authorized Signatory for Elekta Bangladesh.
What you bring

University degree in Commerce; a PG Diploma in Business Management or Finance is preferred.

10 years of experience in accounting and finance, with 6-7 years in a similar role within a major corporation.

Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, auditing, and internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Excellent communication skills for internal and external coordination.

Structured, detail-oriented approach with high professional integrity.

Training and experience in relevant medical device regulatory requirements and standards (e.g. ISO, IEC, MDR, MDSAP.)
