WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Sport Marketplace Director – Jordan leads a cross-functional squad spanning Merchandising and Marketing to deliver commercial results and shape the Jordan Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) business in service of consumers and customers. Based in Singapore, this role is part of the SEA&I Jordan Leadership team and partners closely with APLA HQ in Beaverton, Oregon. The position reports to the VP/GM of APLA Jordan, with a dotted line to the VP/GM of Nike SEA&I.

We’re seeking an inspiring, strategic leader who can galvanize teams and deliver results for consumers. This individual thrives on collaboration, motivates through influence, and brings clarity to local teams while representing territory needs to APLA HQ. They combine big-picture vision with hands-on execution—connecting dots across functions and rolling up their sleeves to make ideas happen in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Retail, Sales, Merchandising, and/or Marketing with a proven track record of driving commercial results

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to analyze and synthesize consumer and marketplace data

  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead the Jordan SEA&I offense, driving commercial results and shaping the future marketplace. Your work will influence strategy, seasonal priorities, and marketplace elevation.

  • Develop and execute the Jordan strategy and future vision.

  • Lead local Jordan teams through the seasonal Go-To-Market process.

  • Conduct territory-specific analysis and provide recommendations to inform strategy.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Local GM, Finance, Planning, Sales) to set seasonal and annual targets.

  • Build strong relationships with key retail accounts alongside Sales teammates.

  • Drive commercial alignment and execution to deliver seasonal targets and a profitable pull market.

  • Champion marketplace elevation and enhance consumer experiences.
