The Employee Experience Specialist manages HR administration from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring excellent support and data integrity for Crew while participating in HR initiatives and process improvements.

As a HR Shared Services function, the Employee Experience team has a hand in every pie at Scoot, crafting a workplace experience that authentically reflects the mission, vision, and values of the company; creating memorable, meaningful, and purposeful connections; building a team of service-minded stewards that work on behalf of the workforce; delivering tools and technology to enable seamless workflow, and instilling enthusiasm if not excitement for the work at hand.The Employee Experience Specialist is part of a small team that is primarily responsible for supporting Flight and Cabin Crew Operations and other categories of employees, including everything from preboarding to offboarding, and everything in-between as part of the employee lifecycle, furthering the team’s objective of delivering a best-in-class employee experience. As part of a dynamic HR team in delivering a holistic Employee Experience, this incumbent will be expected to manage other HR & company-wide administrative tasks.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administrative requirements from onboarding to offboarding of our Crew
- Main POC for HR-related queries for Crew, ensuring best-in-class support experience throughout lifecycle events (conversions, confirmations, renewals etc) with a service-mindset
- Maintain data integrity for Crew on HR Systems (personal info, leave admin, bonus payments, salary adjustments etc)
- Track, prepare and issue relevant letter for confirmation, extension, promotion and contract renewal
- Support in all work passes related matters/documentation.
- Participate in projects to collaborate with Finance Payroll, Business Partners, and other specialist areas within the HR team on various HR support matters, proposing and influencing solutions to reengineer processes to improve the Employee Experience
- Join in HR projects & initiatives that drives the enhancing of Employee Experience.
- Support any other HR activities
Skills/Experience/Competencies Required:
- Passionate about HR and people
- Degree and preferred in relevant HR fields
- 3-4 years of HR-related experience
- Deep-rooted knowledge of government & statutory regulations
- Proven experience in providing a best-in-class employee experience and process improvement initiatives
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and project planning and execution skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and seamlessly adapting to evolving business priorities
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Possess a positive attitude; resourceful and self-motivated
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, in a team, and cross-functionally with other teams
- Excels in a fun-loving, yet driven environment
- Passion in aviation a bonus
