Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will administer and maintain a portfolio of policies of high complexity and ensure the prompt issuance of policy contracts and bills. At the same time, you will support the team in providing administrative support in servicing the clients. You will report to the Team Leader, Enterprise Solution and work closely with Business managers to ensure that policy contracts, premium notices and endorsement are issued within the agreed turnaround time.

Job Description:

  • Manage and support portfolios that are assigned to ensure BAU activities are carried out with accuracy and within the agreed turnaround time
  • Review expiring policies and liaise with the relevant stakeholder to ensure that invitation to renew is sent out within the agreed timeline
  • Work together with the team to ensure the BAU activities carried out efficiently and within turnaround time

Working Experience

  • 3 - 5 years working experience with insurers or insurance related industry
  • Prior experience with employee benefits scheme is desirable
  • Knowledge of term life or hospital and surgical plans is a must

Professional Qualifications

  • Possess M5 and Health Insurance certification

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Business relevant fields of studies

Language

  • English
