We’re hiring a Specialist Engineer in Machine Learning to join the development of AI-powered tools that improve automation, decision-making, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll apply your skills in Python, ML frameworks, and data engineering to build intelligent systems. You’ll work with multi-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life in a fast-paced, real-world financial environment.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES- Build and deploy machine learning models and AI agents for financial applications.
- Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to integrate intelligent systems into digital platforms.
- Monitor and optimize model performance using analytics and feedback.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE REQUIRES
- Strong technical foundation in ML, GenAI, and LLMs.
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Proactivity and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Design, develop, and maintain ML models using Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and other relevant libraries.
- Build and fine-tune GenAI applications using frameworks like LangChain and Strands.
- Create AI agents that automate and enhance financial market operations.
- Work closely with business teams and product teams to ensure flawless integration of ML solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and improve model accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and apply them to real-world problems.
- Participate in code reviews, model validation, and performance tuning.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in AI/ML.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, PyTorch).
- Experience with GenAI tools and frameworks (LangChain, Strands).
