Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect with a strong domain knowledge and technical expertise in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) with strategic business acumen to design, implement and manage AI-driven and Gen AI-driven solutions. This candidate will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, and IT professionals, to create scalable and effective AI systems that address specific business needs.
This role requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, software development, data management, cloud computing, local and cloud AI deployment. The ideal candidate will have experience in architecting end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with existing IT infrastructure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and architect AI solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements
• Define the AI solution architecture (both AI and Gen AI), including data pipelines, model deployment strategies, and integration with existing systems
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, tools, and platforms that best suit the project requirements
• Lead discussions and work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, ensure that AI solutions are aligned with business goals and are feasible within the existing technology stack.
• Oversee the implementation of AI models, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, while monitoring for post deployment strategies for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the AI models are effectively integrated into the broader software architecture, including APIs, local machines and user interfaces.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI initiatives and ensure they meet the desired business outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies.
• Drive innovation by identifying new AI opportunities and proposing solutions that can give the company a competitive edge.
• Participate in research and development activities to explore new AI technologies and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to data scientists, data engineers, software developers and other team members.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Gen AI and data science, with a strong focus in architecting and deploying AI applications.
• Proven experience in AI/ML solution design and architecture, with a strong portfolio of successfully deployed, public-facing projects
• Strong in programming languages such as Python, SQL and AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
• Experience in developing and deploying AI applications running both locally and on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform) using Infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, containerization tools like Dockers.
• Experience using orchestration tools like Airflow or Prefect, distributed computing framework like Spark or Dask and parallel computing across GPU like CUDA.
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques, Gen AI applications, LLMs, Computer Vision and other specialized AI domains.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, AI models, LLMs fine-tuning, model evaluation, prompt engineering and RAG techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable insights in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Education & Experience

• Has a Master’s or PhD degree in computer science, data science or similar discipline from an accredited institution

Travel Requirements

• Role based in Singapore office and may require up to 1 travel trip per year.
