The Solutions Architect will strategize with Sales to understand key accounts, identify technology improvements, manage complex projects, and lead solution designs.

To fulfill this role, the Solution Architect will
- Work closely with Sales and Competency Heads to derive strategy to cover key accounts
- Responsible for understanding key accounts environment and pain points
- Responsible for identifying improvement areas in customers current technology stack, and work with various SME to derive the most applicable solution in addressing customer pain points
- Responsible for planning technology roadmap for key accounts
- Responsible for all technical aspects of a bid to the customer, including bill of materials, scope of work and technical proposal
- Lead and set the direction for complex projects.
- Manage and lead the review of the requirements gathered during the requirement gathering phase.
- Lead the solution design discussion to drive the team to derive the best solution design during the consultation phase
- Responsible for the overall leadership and lead role in managing the technical aspect of the project with complete control on solution design and risk issues.
- Responsible for providing best practice technical configuration during implementation phase
- Responsible for providing oversight and direction in integration between various systems to deliver the solution outcome
- Accountable for the decision for the direction of solutions based on the impact analysis and experience, especially when there is project delivery risk in the functionality and schedule.
- Responsible for the final approval of all technical documentation delivered during in the project
- Assist the Project Manager in stakeholder management
- To be successful, the Solution Architect shall be able to:
- Strong inter-communication skills
- Ability to translate technical information into business communications for stakeholders
- Keep updated on latest cyber-security best practices
- Keep updated with latest technological advances and trends in relation to cyber-security
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
- Relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CRTSA or equivalent is a must
- At least 8 years of IT experience of which at least 3 years are in a solutioning role
- Knowledge of both cyber-security, infrastructure, and cloud technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills that is able to resolve issues as the final point of escalation
- Strong understanding of solutions in various technology domain
- Strong presentation, communication, and written skills
- Strong project management skills
- Positive working attitude
- Passionate in information security
- Knowledge of respective sales sectors (CII, FSI, Commercial)
- Ability to consider various factors within customer’s environment / operations during solutioning
