We are looking for a Solutions Architect with experience in large scale cloud native application development and experience with AI applications.

A Solution Architect is the first line of technical expertise between NVIDIA and our customers, as well as our partners. Your duties will vary from solutions design and development, industry and marketing speaking engagements, training delivery, troubleshooting, project coordination, customer relationship management and more. In this role you will provide support for customers in the South East Asia region.

What you'll be doing:
  • Identify new opportunities for NVIDIA technology and solutions, by optimally communicating and positioning the product portfolio and analysing customer requirements. Independently lead technical sales activities in collaboration with the extended team.

  • Support customers in packaging custom microservices and workflows and develop cloud native Agentic AI leveraging NVIDIA’s NIMs microservices and Blueprints.

  • Work with NVIDIA's rich portfolio of tools such as Dynamo, AI-Q, NIMs, Blueprints, Triton Inference Server, GPU and Network Operators, Run:AI, Lepton, NVCF, Base Command Manager and our many use case and industry specific SDKs (I.e. NeMo)

  • Advise on distributed cloud native inferencing, including load balancing and network requirements. Services performance and availability optimisations to meet requirements and SLAs.

  • Provide customer feedback to internal engineering and product management teams to improve and refine existing products – and develop new ones !

  • Closely collaborate with internal teams (professional services, product development, enterprise support) and ecosystem partners (ISVs, Solution Integrators) to deliver solutions to our customers.

  • Setup and run demos, proof of concepts and benchmarks as required.

  • Deliver technical training and workshops to customers and partners. Present at industry and marketing events.

What we need to see:
  • A passion for customer success and innovative AI solutions.

  • Someone motivated, able to work independently, proactively with minimal direction.

  • 5+ years of experience with cloud native applications development and packaging

  • BSc or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related subjects.

  • Experience with MLOps CI/CD pipelines and related tools.

  • Deep understanding of Kubernetes, Cloud native networking, Ingress controllers and load balancers for HTTP and gRPC.

  • Understanding of methodologies for application and workflows performance tuning.

  • Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and love to work as part of a team.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time to support customer in South East Asia and beyond.

  • Native or Professional language proficiency in English.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Hands-on experience with production deployments of Triton Inference Server on Kubernetes.

  • Exposure to RAG and vector databases.

  • CKA or CKAD certifications or equivalents.

  • Professional fluency in one of these languages: Mandarin.
