Skills Required
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering
- Strong fundamentals in:
- Python
- data structures
- APIs / backend basics
- Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools, including:
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
- Prompt engineering (structured prompts, iteration, testing)
- RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) or retrieval-based systems
- Working with real data (documents, APIs, datasets)
- Familiarity with:
- embeddings and semantic search
- vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)
- frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama Index (or similar)
- Ability to explain your projects end-to-end (architecture, trade-offs, decisions)
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-paced environment
This role is for candidates who have already built AI-powered applications, not just explored them
Scope of Work
- Build and iterate on AI-powered workflows using LLMs
- Design and implement RAG pipelines with real-world data
- Integrate AI models with APIs, backend systems, and enterprise data sources
- Work directly with real customers to:
- understand use cases
- deploy conversational AI solutions
- support implementation and adoption
- Build POVs (proof of value), demos, and prototypes to showcase product capabilities
- Translate business problems into working AI solutions
- Collaborate across sales, product, and engineering teams
- Operate at the intersection of sales and technology, supporting:
- client conversations
- solution positioning
- technical storytelling
- Continuously improve systems across:
- accuracy
- latency
