Role Summary:
Automation Anywhere ,Singapore is seeking a AI + Automation Solution Architect with a strong mix of technical expertise, functional business knowledge, and sales acumen. This role will support enterprise sales by delivering technical demos, solution designs, and customer engagements across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to drive enterprise opportunities.
- Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations.
- Design automation solutions aligned with customer business processes.
- Support POCs, pilots, and technical evaluations.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Background in AI, automation, programming, engineering.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism acceptable).
- Understands OCR/document extraction/chatbot space fairly well
- AI (Generative AI, RAG, AI Agent) related product knowledge
- Working with cloud hyperscalers (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS) is a strong plus
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of business processes in sectors (not exhaustive):
- Finance (Banking/Insurance)
- Oil and Gas, Utilities
- Telecom
- Education, Healthcare
- Hands-on knowledge of processes such as (not exhaustive) :
- Finance & Accounting
- HR processes
- Customer Service operations
Sales Skills
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
Experience
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
Language Expectations – Must be English speaking, business/conversational ASEAN languages skills (Chinese, Malay, Thai etc.) is a strong plus
