Co-Development Business Unit is hiring for Solution Architect
Internal Code: A25183
This is a 2-year contract role.
What will you do?
- Hands-on Solution Architect to design and deliver modern web applications and backend services.
- Practical experience with LLM-enabled applications, using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
- Ability to build business apps with Power Apps (Power Platform); Power Automate experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD practices, and containerization for production-grade solutions.
- To be involved in Proof-Of-Concept solutioning
- Overall Lead for all deployment tasks related to the product.
- System administrator for development related tools such as Mulesoft.
- To work alongside Solution Architect and Project Manager
- Provide Salesforce/MuleSoft/AWS expertise and guidance during technical solutioning discussions.
- Provide advice when required for enhancements related to BizEngage Suite.
- Support onboarding of new features and enhancements on the BizEngage package new versions.
- Liaise with product team to gather requirements and translate to technical solutions.
- Oversee the reduction of technical debt and set code reviews standards to ensure the code quality.
- Pair-program with our technical team to level up their skillset and domain knowledge.
- To be involved in discussion and solutioning for integration with other Applications.
- To provide technical expertise view on technical issues for developmental and operation maintenance of BizEngage.
- Work with the team to provide input to increase the user adoption rate.
- Establish the best practices for development, code review, testing and deployment.
Requirements
What are we looking for?
- At least five (5) years’ of IT Solution Architect experience.
- Solution Architect with recent relevant experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
- Candidate shall possess Salesforce Developers certification.
- Designing scalable web architectures.
- Developing LLM-powered apps (e.g., document summarizers).
- Creating low-code business apps and automating workflows.
- Collaborating on cloud infrastructure and deployment.
- Candidate with MuleSoft Developer and/or Salesforce Architect certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with strong communication skills, good writing skills and analytic skillset will be an added advantage.
- Candidate with relevant CRM domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
