Nuport automates distribution planning workflows for manufacturers and distributors. Our software helps enterprises make lightning-fast decisions with live insights of their distribution channels, automate their route planning to optimize distribution times, and digitize their order management tasks.

We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. As our product team grows and engineering tasks get more complex, we need a certain level of confidence in our systems when new features are added. This individual will play a key part in providing us with the confidence we need to deploy our system with ease and keep the errors/bugs at bay, while providing our users with the best experience possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Test current products and identify deficiencies
  • Suggest solutions to identified product problems
  • Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
  • Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
  • Oversee continuous improvement projects
  • Collect quality data
  • Identify key KPIs for product quality
  • Run regression tests on the entire product
  • Write detailed regression test cases

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
  • Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as - UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
  • Experience with web security technology
  • Experience with software QA tools and processes
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skill
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Ability to analyze business requirements for a specific client
