Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with project managers during the early stages of project planning to understand the scope, requirements, and deliverables
  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test cases, including both manual and automated testing, based on project specifications
  • Plan, schedule, and implement effective test strategies tailored to each software project to ensure thorough quality assurance
  • Conduct rigorous testing for each project release, identify defects, and log detailed bug reports in the bug tracking system
  • Work closely with software engineers to debug and resolve identified issues, ensuring smooth project progression and high-quality outcomes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and product teams, to enhance product quality and user experience

Pre-Requisites :

  • Diploma in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in software testing
  • Proficiency in coding with C, C++, or C#
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and handle documentation requirements
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent skills in identifying and solving complex problems
  • Willingness to collaborate with engineers and external partners across different time zones
  • Experience in Windows application automation is an advantage
