Job Responsibilities :

  • Support Mac software testing and automation efforts, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
  • Partner with project managers early in the planning stages to understand the scope and requirements of each project.
  • Create comprehensive Mac test cases—both manual and automated—based on detailed project specifications.
  • Plan and schedule test strategies tailored to each software project, ensuring thorough coverage and efficiency.
  • Conduct continuous testing on project releases, logging bugs in the database, and collaborating with software engineers to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Work closely with a diverse range of teams and stakeholders, from engineers to project managers, to improve product quality and functionality.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Diploma in Computer Science or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software testing (preferred)
  • Proficiency in coding languages such as C, C++, or C#
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with Mandarin-speaking associates and handle related documentation
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Strong skills in identifying and solving problems efficiently
  • Willingness to collaborate with engineers and third-party teams across different time zones
  • Experience in Windows application automation is an advantage
