Software Engineer Intern

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer Intern to join our AI & Automation team, where you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge automation platforms and AI-powered solutions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on two key initiatives: building workflow automations with low-code/no-code platforms and developing capabilities for custom AI agents.

What you will do:

AI & Automation Platform (TypeScript/JavaScript)

• Develop custom pieces connecting to internal APIs and third-party services
• Contribute to community pieces with new features and bug fixes
• Build workflow automations using low-code/no-code flow builders
• Support users in community channels and troubleshoot integration issues
• Create comprehensive guides and troubleshooting resources
• Monitor platform performance and assist with server upgrades

Custom AI Agents (Python)

• Develop and enhance AI capabilities across multiple skill levels (L1-L3)
• Work on multilingual support and customer experience improvements
• Integrate with internal systems (Pipedrive, Intercom, etc.) for real-time data access
• Implement document processing and OCR analysis features
• Build tools for financial calculations and repayment query handling
• Contribute to quality management and anti-abuse mechanisms

• Current enrollment in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating TypeScript/JavaScript and Python programming experience
• Interest in AI/ML applications and workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for user support and team collaboration
