We are looking for talented Software Engineers to build digital products that transform the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle—from the first touchpoint in our recruitment portal to long-term career growth through our career development and employee engagement platforms. You will build tools that enhance organisational effectiveness and drive workforce productivity.

Our product teams build cloud-native web applications and engineer complex enterprise integrations to deliver a seamless employee experience. We adopt an agile delivery approach, combining modern software engineering practices with user-centred design to build HR applications that are intuitive, engaging, and easy to use.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full-stack web applications using AI coding tools and hands-on development.
  • Build reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.
  • Deliver high-quality, and maintainable code.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation (e.g. ADRs and RFCs).
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure application observability through logging, metrics and monitoring.
  • Actively contribute to iterative sprint cycles by participating in peer code reviews, engaging with users, and proactively resolving issues.
  • Contribute to the technical community by sharing best practices, publishing internal tech blogs and participating in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, software design principles, and basic database concepts .
  • Familiarity with modern web application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Python.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL), and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Search Engine (e.g. Elasticsearch).
  • Familiarity with Observability tooling and frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).
  • Experience in integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise HCM systems is an added advantage, particularly in building integrations with custom-built applications.
