Job Description
Join our J.P. Morgan Asset Management Marketing team where you will create and implement strategies to attract and retain clients across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, effectively showcasing the firms expertise, investment products, and value proposition to drive business growth and reinforce client relationships.
As a Social Media Marketing, Asset Management, Vice President you will be responsible for utilizing various distribution platforms such as digital channels, financial networks and investment platforms to promote our investment products, build partnerships and reach a broader client base.
Job responsibilities:

  • Building and executing platform strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience targeting
  • Setting targets to increase brand recognition, customer engagement and brand loyalty
  • Designing and executing campaigns to deliver exceptional client engagement across channels for various audiences/client segments and rive projects and perform duties as and when required
  • Planning, creating, publishing and sharing content that could be text, images, videos etc to increase top of mind brand awareness and build meaningful connections
  • Optimising company pages and posts within each platform to increase the visibility of the firm's social content whilst evaluating evolving tools and techniques to enhance ways of measuring social media activities
  • Utilising analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the firm's presence and performance across platforms as well as analyzing competitors data
  • Defining campaign KPIs and leveraging campaign analytics to determine success criteria, efficacy and ongoing optimization opportunities
  • Evaluating and recommending the most cost effective approach and platforms that the firm should adopt and focus on
  • Preparing regular reports on platform marketing efforts and suggest recommendations to adjust strategy for optimal results
  • Managing activities based on the firm's social media policies whilst complying with all internal and external requirements to ensure the business is in line with changing regulations and evolving guidelines


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or equivalent
  • Proven working experience in digital and/or social media marketing including specialized in platforms such as WeChat
  • Experience in the financial services industry or with top-notched brands or marketing organizations
  • Effectively integrate our social media strategy into our overarching marketing strategy
  • Good knowledge of market landscape and behavior of client advisors and investors in Asia
  • Passion for and fluency in prevailing and emerging web technologies, social platforms, digital media and content marketing
  • Demonstrate the ability to strengthen the brand and digital efforts by working with content producers and marketing managers to re-write and re-develop digital copy, including engaging articles, teasers and headlines
  • Lead innovation in our e-content strategy, messaging, and distribution approach to drive effective and efficient audience targeting/reach, platform usage, engagement, and social media buys across social media platform
  • Ability to articulate social media strategy and prove effective client engagement that leads to greater business value with use of data and statistics
  • Partner closely with the wider marketing team to manage the social media editorial calendar, translate business and marketing priorities into social-media campaigns, and deliver on established social KPIs


Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Effective communication, writing and presentation skills that can be performed in Mandarin due to our client portfolios
  • Effectively manage projects and work efficiently in a deadline-oriented fast-paced team environment
