Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and client partners to develop performance-driven paid social strategies aligned to business objectives. Shape and execute paid social campaigns across platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Reddit, and Nextdoor, supporting full-funnel goals from awareness through conversion.

Apply platform expertise to optimize budgets, pacing, audiences, and creative performance, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations. Partner closely with creative and analytics teams to guide testing and iteration, while staying ahead of platform updates and emerging trends to continually improve results.

 What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end paid social execution across platforms, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, pacing, optimization, and QA
  • Translate client goals into clear paid social strategies aligned to funnel stage, audience intent, and platform best practices
  • Partner closely with creative teams to guide ad formats, testing frameworks, and iteration cycles that drive performance
  • Monitor performance daily and proactively optimize toward KPIs such as reach, engagement, efficiency, and conversion outcomes
  • Develop and maintain structured testing approaches across creative, audience, and placements
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights that explain what’s working, what’s not, and why
  • Collaborate with analytics and programmatic teams to support cross-channel measurement and learning
  • Stay current on platform updates, emerging ad products, and evolving best practices across social ecosystems
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations to internal teams and clients rooted in performance data and platform behavior
What You Bring
  • 5–7 years of hands-on paid social experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced client environment
  • Deep platform knowledge across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, with exposure to Reddit and/or Nextdoor preferred
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy, creative testing, optimization levers, and learning phases
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, and performance across multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Comfort working with performance data, reporting tools, and platform analytics to tell a clear story
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with strategy, creative, analytics, and client teams
  • Healthcare, regulated category, or compliance-driven experience is a plus but not required
