We are looking to hire a Social Media Account Management Executive. You will help build, manage, and grow online communities for our brands and clients.
You will post content, talk to members, keep the community safe, and organize a variety of events to keep the community engaged. You will also report regularly on what is working, what’s not working, and actively work to improve.
Essential Skills
- Community management: Proven experience running online communities (e.g., LinkedIn Groups, Facebook Groups, Slack/Discord, forums/Reddit) with clear engagement and growth results.
- Account management: Have owned a client or team account and kept people updated.
- Multitasking and high follow-through: You should be able to stay organized, meet deadlines, and effectively follow through with strategies in place to grow/maintain our community efforts.
- Tools: Canva or similar for graphics; basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, Descript); community/scheduling tools (e.g., Meta tools, Buffer/Hootsuite); collaboration suites (GSuite/MS Office).
- AI tools: Practical use of AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, repurposing, etc, to work as effectively as possible.
- Writing: You must be able to communicate in a friendly, empathetic manner, on-brand.
- Analytics mindset: You should be comfortable with working with analytics, metrics, and can use data to make informed decisions to continue to drive meaningful results/outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan simple goals for the community and a basic monthly plan.
- Post content on a set schedule with clean visuals and short videos when needed.
- Talk with members, answer questions, and keep the space safe.
- Plan and run small events (AMAs, roundtables, or simple webinars).
- Find and support member champions and invite them to engage within our communities.
- Regular reporting on performance, analyzing what’s working, what’s not working, and suggesting next steps.
- Since BizyCorp serves US clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame:
- Work Schedule Commitment: Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 5 hours during the day and 3 hours at night.
- Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
- You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only.)
- This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night or early-morning work.
