Job Requirements
- More than 3 years or equivalent experience in Semiconductor Strategic Planning
- A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's in Industrial Systems Engineering (ISE)
- Strong Python or SQL skills required, with hands-on experience in workflow automation and digital transformation.
- Strong understanding of statistics and data analysis
- Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
- Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
- Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact
