Site Lead

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Site Lead serves as the primary point of contact and overall in-charge of facilities management operations at the site. This role involves managing the facilities team and supply chain partners while developing and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders. The position requires exceptional leadership skills to drive continuous improvement, ensure contract compliance, and deliver exceptional workplace experiences. Additionally, this role is responsible for preparing to lead the standardization and implementation of the program across other regions for a smooth global rollout.

Key Accountabilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all facility-related matters with stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders

  • Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand and meet expectations

  • Drive continuous improvements and innovation to support account vision and objectives

  • Manage the FM team and supply chain partners in alignment with contractual requirements

  • Provide leadership and effective management for the onsite team

  • Escalate urgent issues to the Client as appropriate

  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) on operations

  • Inspire & Lead: Inspire and lead a diverse, cross-functional team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation that consistently exceeds expectations. Drive high-impact initiatives that enhance the Client workplace experience, aligning with our unique culture and business objectives.

  • Champion Change: Challenge the status quo and champion continuous improvement. Navigate complex business changes with agility, identifying and implementing creative solutions that support Client's vision and evolving needs.

  • Regional Account Support: Regional Account Support: Assist with regional account development, enabling business outcomes and supporting efforts to exceed expectations across multiple markets in APAC. Understand and adapt to regional nuances while maintaining a global standard of excellence.

Expertise & Influence

  • Industry Expertise: Leverage a strong background in entertainment or a similar fast-paced industry. You will demonstrate a deep understanding of Client's business and operating nuances, acting as a trusted partner and advisor.

  • Compelling Communication: Craft compelling narratives and effectively influence diverse stakeholders, from Client leaders to external vendors and partners. Your communication skills will be key to driving alignment and achieving strategic goals.

  • Hospitality & Service: Bring a genuine passion for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Your expertise will be crucial in setting the standard for service excellence throughout the workplace.

Data-Driven & Innovative Approach

  • Agile & Analytical: Thrive in Client's dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly. Utilize strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to inform strategic decisions, optimize operations, and drive impactful business outcomes.

  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Encourage calculated risk-taking and experimentation, viewing failures as learning opportunities. Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine approaches to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.

  • Process & Playbook Development: Design and implement comprehensive playbooks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from scratch. You will have a strong process-oriented mindset, focused on creating scalable solutions that drive efficiency and consistency across the APAC region as we grow.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

  • Implement and enforce corporate policies and procedures

  • Monitor contract compliance and implement risk mitigation strategies

  • Maintain proper records and prepare for audit processes

  • Budget Management:

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for both hard and soft services

  • Track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities

Asset Management

  • Oversee maintenance of comprehensive asset registers

  • Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies

  • Manage minor renovation and improvement projects

  • Optimize asset lifecycle and performance

Vendor Management

  • Coordinate multiple vendors and contractors to ensure service delivery

  • Conduct regular quality control checks and spot inspections

  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and costs

  • Build strong working relationships with service providers

Workplace Experience

  • Implement workplace experience best practices

  • Oversee help desk operations and user request fulfilment

  • Manage facilities services including cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the workplace environment

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

  • Implement and maintain EHS programs

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

  • Oversee emergency preparedness and response procedures

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and address identified issues
