Key Responsibilities
Financial Systems Management:
- Enhance and maintain Billing Revenue Operation systems (e.g., ERP, consolidation tools) for automation, not manual processes.
- Assist in providing requirements and coordinating testing and implementation of new system features and upgrades.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of Billing Revenue Operation.
- Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and reliability of Billing Revenue Operation systems.
Project Planning and Initiation:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Set clear and measurable goals for each phase of the project.
System and Process Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of financial systems, internal control procedures, and business processes.
- Ensure all system changes and improvements are properly documented and communicated.
Training and Support:
- Provide training and guidance to finance and business teams on Billing Revenue Operation systems and controls.
Performs other duties as assigned.
